Karl Lagerfeld has found a new muse – singer Amy Winehouse. Karl has based his new fashion line on this singing star. At Lagerfeld’s latest London show, ladies with beehives in every shape and height strutted down the catwalk in Amy-style clothing. Lagerfeld, who has the likes of model Kate Moss and singer Kylie Minogue on speed-dial, compared Amy to sixties French actress Brigitte Bardot. He says that “She is a beautiful, gifted artist. And I very much like her hairdo. I took it as an inspiration. It was, in fact, also Brigitte Bardot’s hairdo in the late Fifties and Sixties. She is the new Brigitte,” he concluded “She’s a style icon,” the Sun quoted him as saying.
